    Ana Cruz is a bilingual media leader with 17+ years across radio, television, and digital as on-air talent, producer, and strategist—elevating Latino stories with cultural fluency and heart.

    She co-hosted the nation’s #1 Spanish-language morning show on CBS Radio (Marconi Award), earned a Lone Star Emmy at Azteca América, and contributed to the nationally syndicated Super Latina Show (Daytime Emmy).

    Ana is the creator and host of The Ana Cruz Show (formerly Rollos de Mujeres Podcast), a bilingual audio-visual series with hundreds of thousands of listeners across the U.S., Mexico, and Spain and a 4.9-star Apple Podcasts rating. In 2025, she was inducted into the National Blood Donation Hall of Fame.

Certified in Prosci, SAFe, and Lean Six Sigma, Dustin blends analytics, strategy, and execution to scale our bilingual DFW platform with purpose.

    Partnerships & Community Relations Lead

    Mona connects Rollos de Mujeres with the people, organizations, and institutions shaping Dallas–Fort Worth. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she leads guest booking and partnership relationships—bringing forward voices that deepen community dialogue and expand our reach with integrity.

    With 12+ years across government, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations, she specializes in community engagement, public policy, and corporate social responsibility. Her work blends research-backed insight with culturally responsive outreach to advance community health and measurable impact.
